This device has been developed in cooperation with the COKZ (Centraal
Orgaan Voor Kwaliteitsaangelegenheden). This unit is made for the
drying procedure of the determination of the water content of dried milk
according the reference method ”ISO 5537“.
Eight samples of dried milk can be analyzed simultaneously. The drying
procedure will be made under accurate temperature and pressure
control.

Temperature: The temperature is regulated by a high precision regulator (PID system). Four PT100 are used to sense the temperature.
Constant pressure regulator: Together with 8 Capillaries wich are iindividuelly adapted in order to supply every drying channel with an exact amount of the flowing air of 33 ml/min.
